IMPORTANT: Changes in your class schedule may affect your VA benefits. Notification of adds/drops at any time during the term is necessary to maintain accurate certification records for your benefits.
Notify the Veterans Resource Center of any changes immediately by submitting the form below. Changes in enrollment after the last day to drop/add courses may result in the re-coupment of stipends or allowances as seen fit by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs .
*Please note, the VA does not cover late fees. If you receive a charge for a late add/drop or processing fee, it will NOT be included in the charges sent to the VA.*
However, the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs may approve mitigating circumstances involved in the change, if properly notified and in a timely manner. For this reason, we ask that the Veterans Resource Center be notified of any and all changes in enrollment.
