Cloud-based access to Acrobat DC, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Designer, also includes storage space for projects.All Faculty, Staff, and Students have access to the Adobe Creative Cloud to edit and create projects.

Clearspan Communicator

Web application which allows call routing so that users can use their campus extension on a mobile device.There is no longer a need to forward calls from an office phone, users can control their unified messaging email address in the app.

Online resource of expert led video tutorials.LinkedIn Learning users browse a large library of tutorials to learn new programs and skills.

Cloud-based Microsoft Office suite communications services.Access to Microsoft communications software from a web browser.

Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection

Through a secure connection, VPN users can access services as if you were at your campus computer desktop.Allowing users to access files and programs remotely without having to download any programs or services onto their secondary computer.

Microsoft Teams

University-wide chat function for communications on a single platform, part of Office 365.Anyone on campus can communicate via Microsoft Teams instantly.

Mitel (Desktop Phone)

Voicemail service that allows users to move a voicemail into email.Users can access their campus voicemail via email anywhere, anytime.

Secure VPN

Secure VPN is a secure network connection to the campus from an IP address.Having a secure network connection allows users to access their files and programs safely and securely.

Zoom

Zoom provides high quality web, audio and video conferencing allowing faculty and staff to have online meetings, collaborations and share screens among conversation participants. Zoom can be used on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android phones and tablets.Zoom allows users to host meetings without leaving home. Users can conference in guest lecturers to classes or to students unable to attend due to transportation or health concerns. Zoom also can record lectures for later review. Some lecturers utilize zoom to replay their own recordings to hone their skills.
