Course Description

This course covers the relationship between OSHA and risk management. Compliance recognition, safety awareness and the impact of risk management on organizations is emphasized. Course topics include basic elements of RMP, Worker’s Compensation losses and risk management process.

Who Should Attend

Individuals responsible for overseeing safety in industries such as: Construction, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Maritime and General Industry.

  3. Describe the importance of safety awareness

  • An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)
  • Access to computer or laptop; one student per device
  • A stand-alone webcam or secondary device such as a phone for students attending OSHA 510, 511, 500 and 501.
  • Built-in or stand-alone speakers and a microphone
