Submit the CSUDH Application Fee Waiver
For security reasons, please click the Application Fee Waiver Submission icon below to upload your application fee waiver request to a secured Dropbox folder. Do not email your documents. For instructions, please see Dropbox Instructions.
You will receive a decision within two business days. To avoid a decision being sent to your spam folder, please add admissions@csudh.edu to your email contacts list or address book.
The Fall 2021 application deadline for CSUDH has been extended to January 15, 2021. If you have completed your application but have not submitted it, or are still working on it, and have questions about qualifying for a CSUDH fee waiver, please text or call us Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We are also hosting virtual application workshops and our staff will help you complete and submit your application.

CSUDH is a non-impacted campus for upper-division transfer applicants.
Upper division students are eligible for admission to the CSU if they meet the following requirements:

If English is not your native language, or you have not had three years (full-time) of your secondary education (or higher) taught in English, you will need to provide proof of your English proficiency. Since most classes are taught in English, you will need to demonstrate your ability to read, write, and speak English. For more information, please review the English Proficiency Requirement.

You will be asked to enter all courses you completed, those currently in progress, and any courses you plan to take.
Have your social security number ready (if you have one) for financial aid purposes.
Use your personal email address. Do not use the email that your high school assigned to you.
Apply online from October 1, 2020 through January 15, 2021 via Cal State Apply. CSUDH makes admission decisions based on self-reported information from the application! All admitted students who intend to enroll at CSUDH will be required to submit an official transcript to verify eligibility.
Apply online from October 1, 2020 through March 15, 2021 for Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act Application and use School Code 001141.
A $70 non-refundable application filing fee (or fee waiver) must be paid at the time of application submission. Application fee waivers allow you to apply to four CSU campuses. Instructions for payment can be found on Cal State Apply.
