Most CSUDH courses, whether on campus or online, utilize the Blackboard online learning management system. In addition, to be able to participate in online courses, you will need to access to Blackboard as well as the Zoom videoconferencing system, which is accessed through Blackboard.
First, you will need your login credentials:
Students who have not already received login credentials should contact the College of Extended and International Education Registration Office at 310-243-3741 (Option 1) during business hours:

An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)
Speakers and a microphone – built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth (note: students can use the microphone and receiver built into their smart phone, earphones with a microphone are recommended)
A webcam or HD webcam - built-in or USB plug-in (strongly recommended, not required)
Or, a HD cam or HD camcorder with video capture card
Tip: Download the Zoom Client for Meetings app for desktop, tablet or smartphones.
An exciting new tool is now available to all students: Toro Virtual Lab. This tool will allow you to have a virtual Windows 10 computer from your desktop so that you can access course software from anywhere. And the best part is that you can access the Toro Virtual Lab from any computer to have a more robust technology experience.
