In order to meet immigration timelines, International Applicants residing outside of the USA are encouraged to submit all documents by October 15 for the Spring term and by May 1 for the Fall term.
The following programs are online only and do not qualify for I-20 issuance: Online MPA, Online NCRP, Online Organizational Leadership Studies, Online Radiological & Imaging Sciences, and Online Systems Engineering.

Document deadlines for graduate students vary by program.
You will be asked to enter all courses you completed, those currently in progress, and any courses you plan to take.
Apply online from October 1, 2022 through May 1, 2023 via Cal State Apply. Please note that the undergraduate international deadline is May 1, and we do not make decisions based on self-reported information for international applicants.
A $70 non-refundable application filing fee must be paid at the time of application submission. Instructions for payment can be found on Cal State Apply.

Submit your official transcripts (academic records) for all schools attended, whether coursework was completed or not by June 1. Include transcripts for ESL coursework. Electronic transcripts are preferred. Learn more about submitting foreign transcripts.
