In order to meet immigration timelines, International Applicants residing outside of the USA are encouraged to submit all documents by October 15 for the Spring term and by May 1 for the Fall term.

Document deadlines for graduate students vary by program.
For US institutions only, you will be asked to enter all courses you completed, those currently in progress, and any courses you plan to take.
Apply online from October 1, 2022 through May 1, 2023 via Cal State Apply. Please note that the undergraduate international deadline is May 1, and we do not make decisions based on self-reported information for international applicants.
A $70 non-refundable application filing fee must be paid at the time of application submission. Instructions for payment can be found on Cal State Apply.

Submit your official transcripts (academic records) for all previously attended institutions, whether coursework was completed or not by June 1. Include transcripts for ESL coursework. Transcripts from institutions outside the US should only be submitted as paper documents in an envelope stamped and sealed by the appropriate campus authorities.
