Required Documentation

Required Documentation

It is very important that your academic records be sent to the Office of Admissions as early as possible. The campus review of your application cannot begin until all of your academic records are received. CSUDH accepts photocopies/unofficial academic records for admission consideration, however, if offered admission into the university, official documents will be required as soon as possible but no later than the last day of your first semester.

Submitting Unofficial Documents

Submitting Official Documents

If admitted into the university, the original, official academic records must be submitted to the Office of Admissions. Emailed transcripts, regardless of the source, are not considered official. All transcripts must either be submitted in a sealed, unopened stamped envelope or sent directly to CSUDH through courier mail from the institution of study or a third-party vendor (ie. Parchment, MyCreds, Truecopy, etc.). Soft copies of the official transcript and/or official transcripts that are not sealed in an official envelope are not accepted. Failure to submit required documents before the provisional admission document deadline will result in an enrollment hold for your second semester of classes and/or withdrawal from the university.

Official academic records can be mailed to:

California State University, Dominguez Hills
Office of Admissions
1000 East Victoria Street
Carson, CA 90747 U.S.A.

Diploma verification and drop-offs of sealed official transcripts can be completed at the Toro Welcome and Information Center, located in Welch Hall 245. Please visit the Office of Admissions International Document Drop-Off booking page to schedule an appointment with us.
