The Academic Technology Department has resources to support remote instruction in the event of a sudden disruption to normal classroom functions. Below we have provided information on upcoming workshops, opens labs, and tutorials to support faculty. Training will continue to be offered and scaled up to accommodate demand.

As always, our Academic Technology Team is available to answer your questions regarding any of the available tools and resources for instruction.

ACADEMIC TECHNOLOGY OPEN LABS - (Blackboard, Lecture Capture, and Zoom)

Drop-in either On Campus or Online via Zoom

Blackboard Open Lab is an excellent opportunity for faculty and TAs to ask questions about Blackboard or receive assistance using Blackboard. All faculty are invited to attend any of the following Blackboard Open Labs. An Instructional Technologist will be available to answer specific questions about the Blackboard and its functions. No advanced registration is required

TUESDAY, March 17 - Online Session

  • 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Topic: Introduction to Zoom (Followed by a question and answer session)

Join a Live Introduction to Zoom followed by a question and answer session on Blackboard.
