DIGITAL ROAD MAP ROUNDTABLE

In 2016, the six key strategic initiatives created a technology ecosystem focused on a system-wide graduation initiative (GI2025), data and analytics, digital production, instructional and research, digital smart campus, and technology partnerships. These foundational pieces set the stage for the CSUDH Digital Transformation.

The Digital Road Map was launched in fall 2019. It is a series of roundtable discussions with various divisions and departments on campus, touching on each area’s core technology requirements and aspirational ideas. The goal is to create a common digital vocabulary, formalize change management, and build awareness of technology projects, as well as gather aspirational technology ideas. This dialogue and ensuing survey is the beginning of many intentional campus-wide conversations, centering on technology needs and desires in a given area and how it relates to the broader university strategic plan. For more information, please visit Digital Road Map Roundtable.
