Records Management Imaging Services (RMIS) is responsible for electronically scanning, maintaining, and archiving of Procurement and Contracts official records.

No, student records are maintained in the Office of Admissions and Records and in the Financial Aid Office.

Are historical records archived in RMIS?

What records are considered archival records?

Is RMIS responsible for records disposition schedules?

No, the State of California is responsible for records disposition schedules. RMIS does have the Retention Schedule for Standard State Forms.

Is RMIS responsible for destruction of all State records?
