  • Minimum 1120 SAT (Math 570 and English 550) or 25 ACT composite (Math 23 and English 22)
  • Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA and 60 transferable units for transfer students

How To Apply

The scholarship application is available on the Premier Scholarship web page. The deadline to apply for this scholarship is late January to early February each year (the exact deadline can be found on the Premier Scholarship web page.) Along with an application, students must write a personal statement essay on college and career goals; submit a resume highlighting awards/honors, school activities, community service, work experience and notable achievements; and submit one letter of recommendation. Transfer applicants must also submit unofficial transcripts from all colleges and universities attended.

Once all of the applications have been submitted, the highest-ranked candidates are invited to campus to be interviewed by the Presidential Scholars Selection Committee. After this process the final Presidential Scholars are selected and notified.
