Open throughout the academic year Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, closed on weekends and university holidays. *Limited medical services are available during the summer.

Secure Messaging

This web-based service protects your sensitive information so you can safely and easily communicate with SHC health care team online. Message sent through the portal is secure and confidential. If you have a non-urgent, non-emergency health related questions, wanted to give your health care team updates on your condition, request test results, or prescription renewal.

Secure messaging can be accessed through the Toro Health Patient Portal under MESSAGES.

Emailing the CSUDH Student Health Center

Because email is not a secure form of communication, when sending an email to the Student Health Center please do not include any personal identity information/personal health information (e.g. student ID numbers, social security numbers, addresses, etc.). For your protection, we will never ask you to email this kind of information to us.

If you have a question that contains personal, medical, or sensitive information, do not include it in an email. We will not respond via email to such questions. Instead, please contact us by phone at (310) 243-3629 or come by in person. Please note: the Student Health Center is open Monday through Friday and follows the university calendar for campus closures. This, along with staffing factors, may affect the time in which your email will be answered. If you require immediate assistance, please call the number listed above.
