Robert T. Whipple, Ed.D.Robert T. Whipple is an Associate Adjunct Professor at California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) for online classes in the Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding (NCRP) program. He has taught at CSUDH since 1995 and his courses have included: Managing Race and Ethnic Conflicts, Research Design and Interpretation, Applied Behavioral Research, Computer Applications in Behavioral Science, Communication and Conflict, Introduction to NCRP, Theories of Conflict, Online Dispute Resolution, and the NCRP Capstone Seminar.

Professor Whipple earned his Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) from the University of Southern California and Masters in Behavioral Science (Negotiation, Conflict Management Option) and Computer Managed Instruction from California State University, Dominguez Hills.

He is also a secondary special education teacher in the Lower Yukon School District, President of the Lower Yukon Education Association in Hooper Bay Alaska, and holds special education, administrative (principal, director, superintendent) and school psychology credentials in Alaska, California, and Washington.

His current research interest is using technology to assess clients' hidden strengths and empowering them to transform conflicts.
