Dalila has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 15 years as a skilled executive administrative assistant directly supporting c-suite. Most recently, she served as the Associate Director for the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles overseeing their preschool programs which services more than 350 families. Through experience as an educator, Dalila has had the opportunity to develop a positive rapport with students and parents from diverse socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds, so much so that they felt comfortable speaking freely about issues and concerns. Her academic studies have further developed good listening skills that allow others to feel heard and validated.
In addition to her professional record, Dalila volunteers at multiple community organizations, including the YMCA, Meals on Wheels, and the Immanuel Presbyterian's Healing Center, developing relationships with others in the community in which she grew up and currently lives.
