MGT 200: Global Organizational Ethics and Social Responsibility (3 units)
Dr. Norman is a professor of management at CSUDH with a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota (2009). He has conducted research in Poland, China, Ethiopia, and Cameroon, focusing on globalization, technology, and the workplace, such as outsourcing human resources. His current research examines workplace aggression, management education in emerging economies, and the use of augmented reality in employment interviews. In addition to Bulgaria, he taught in Albania, Vietnam, and Singapore.
