The Registrar’s Office

The Registrar’s Office ensures the integrity, security, and confidentiality of educational records, interpreting and implementing academic policies; while providing efficient services to support the academic needs of students, alumni, faculty and staff. Our office assists in the registration of classes, processing transfer credit, processing transcript requests and graduation petitions.

Announcements 

Spring 2024 - Classes begin January 22

  • Find out your Enrollment Appointment for Spring 2024 Course Registration
  • We only accept digital documents and no longer accept paper documents by mail or in-person. Please submit all documents via the appropriate Dropbox folder.
  • Academic Calendar - The academic calendar is the official University document listing the major academic dates for the academic year; these include course withdrawal deadlines and application for graduation deadlines.
  • January 21: Last day for students on Waitlist to be added to classes; all waitlists will be purged at midnight.
  • February 16: Student Census   Last day to drop without Record of Enrollment Deadline via Change of Program form; last day to drop from Full-time to Part-time status with Refund.
  • February 19-April 19: Serious and Compelling Reason Required to Withdraw.
  • April 22-May 10: Serious Accident/Illness Required to Withdraw.

    If you need a copy of official transcripts to be sent out, the following page will assist you in the process. All transcripts are handled via Parchment and delivered electronically.

    You may be eligible to receive course credit for courses taken at another institution, while you were in high school, transferred in or currently attending CSUDH.

    Students may petition for exception to certain university academic regulations when unusual circumstances exist. Academic regulations contained in Title 5 cannot be waived.

    Student ID Cards

    All students are required to have a CSUDH ID.
