Dr. Joan budesa

Dr. Joan M. Budesa is a lecturer in the Department of Sociology. She has an MA in Sociology from CSU Dominguez Hills, and a PhD in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara. Dr. Budesa’s research focuses on the intersections of gender/sexuality, culture and technology. She teaches courses in sociological theory, deviant behavior, sociology of work, and social movements.
