MEND: Multilingual/Minoritized Educators Networked-Learning and Development
Are you a current CSUDH undergraduate student who is passionate about equity, multilingualism, and social justice—and considering a career in teaching? Do you identify as a multilingual or racially/ethnically minoritized educator? Join MEND Cohort 3 and become part of a growing community of educators of color who are transforming education through connection, learning, and collective care.
MEND is a dynamic, year-long fellowship that brings together educators of color to build relationships, co-learn, and grow through professional development grounded in culturally sustaining pedagogies, critical reflection, and community care.
We are a faculty team based at California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH)—Drs. Edward Curammeng, Minhye Son, and Sara Díaz-Montejano—who are deeply committed to creating spaces that center your voice, knowledge, and brilliance.
