Mandatory Online Trainings for Students and Employee

The Office of Equity & Inclusion manages compliance with mandatory online prevention education trainings for students and employees.

Workshops and Trainings

In collaboration with CSUDH prevention educators and experts across campus, the Office of Equity and Inclusion is available to provide workshops and trainings for your student org, class, department, or office.

We provide training on topics such as:

  • Preventing Discrimination and Harassment
  • Implicit Bias
  • Employee Reporting Responsibilities
  • Responding to Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation
  • Responding to sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking
  • Microaggressions 
  • Bystander Intervention
  • Inclusive Workspaces 

In partnership with offices across the CSUDH campus, the Office of Equity and Inclusion has been trained to co-facilitate:

  • Green Dot (Evidence-Informed Bystander Intervention and Prevention of Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence) - 4 hour intensive and 1.5 hour introduction
  • Moving Beyond Bias (Implicit Bias training through the UC-CSU 2019-20 project)

Trainings for Title IX Investigators & Coordinators

The Office of Equity and Inclusion's investigation team receives annual Title IX training from the CSU Chancellor's Office. Trainings are available at calstate.edu/titleix.
