Charge:
Ideation, discussion, review, development, monitoring, and evaluation of all ideas, strategies, and actions relating to the recruitment, retention, academic programs of students and the evaluation of finances and financial aid. Focus on forward-thinking, advisory and providing oversight to the sub-committees. Provide ongoing assessment and a data driven strategic enrollment plan. Provide opportunities for periodic campus-wide enrollment updates and discussions.
