Live On Campus at CSUDH!

2021-22 On-Campus Housing UPDATE - 5/12/2021:

California State University, Dominguez Hills will require all students who plan to live on campus in University Housing for the 2021-22 academic year to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Verification of vaccination will be required. All students who plan to live on campus are expected to have received a COVID-19 vaccine by August 1, 2021. More details will be shared soon.

How to Apply for Housing

We've got detailed instructions on how to apply for on-campus housing at CSUDH -- including everything from a step-by-step guide to a list of all important dates and deadlines. Summer 2021 and Academic Year 2021-22 applications will officially open at 10:00 AM on MONDAY, MARCH 29, 2021.

Accommodation Details

*Due to the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis, the opening of our new residence hall has been postponed from Fall 2020 to a future date to be determined.

March 29 - April 29, 2021 for all students (continuing and new).

Security Deposit Due Date
(new applicants only)

1st Fee Payment Due Date

May 14, 2021 for current residential students.

May 21, 2021 for new applicants. 

Official Move-in Date

Friday, May 28, 2021.

ACADEMIC YEAR 2021-2022

Priority Application Dates

March 29 - May 28, 2021 for NEW CSUDH students (first-year and transfer).

Official Move-in Dates

Thursday, August 19, 2021 for students NEW to CSUDH.

Saturday, August 21, 2021 for RETURNING students. 

All dates are subject to change as the pandemic continues to inform and affect all future plans and decisions.

Applications received after the above-noted priority application deadlines will be waitlisted.
